Ingredients (Serves 4)
3 Bananas
8 Strawberries
1 Tablespoon Natural Yoghurt
50 grams Fresh Blueberries
50 grams Fresh Raspberries
Cooking Instructions
Freeze Bananas for 2-3 hours.
Once frozen, place bananas, strawberries and yoghurt into a food processor and mix until mixture is completely smooth.
Place in freezer for another 2- 3 hours.
Scoop ice cream into bowl, drizzle with fresh berries and serve.
Please note: The ice cream in the diagram shown has been drizzled in
home mode ice magic topping. To make this, mix 2 tablespoons of coconut
oil, 1 teaspoon of cacao powder and a few drops of water. Drizzle over
ice cream once in bowl and then place back into freezer for 2-3
minutes. Please also note that this will change the nutritional
